Housing Navigation

Our housing navigators work one-on-one with clients to identify openings, prepare applications, and connect with landlords, so the path from crisis to a stable address is as short as possible.

Medical Respite

A safe place to heal after a hospital discharge, with daily check-ins, medication support, and a warm bed for those who would otherwise have nowhere to recover.

Case Management

Dedicated case managers build a plan around each client's goals, coordinating benefits, healthcare, employment, and housing services into one clear roadmap.

Community Support

From food assistance to clothing and essential supplies, we partner with local organizations across Maui to meet everyday needs with dignity.

Shelter Services

Emergency and transitional shelter beds paired with case management, so clients have both a safe place to sleep and a plan toward permanent housing.
